Since 2018 Haley has helped hundreds of women around the world find their answers to sub-fertility and carry healthy pregnancies to term.
Haley is a Clinical Nutritionist and FAM Certified with a Master's Degree in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine.

What exactly is functional health care?Functional health care means relating to how your body works together as a whole. Rather than treating your symptoms in isolation, I will look at the overlay of all your pathways (ie digestive, adrenal, reproductive). By doing so we'll find the root cause imbalances impacting your fertility.

It is really going to take 6 mo. for me to conceive?In most circumstances, no. Typically by month 4 you will see significant improvement to your fertility and will be encouraged to actively try and conceive. The final two months are included by design to act as a buffer - either to allow added time for strengthening your hormones and fertility or to support your first trimester of pregnancy.

Charting my cycle stresses me out. Do I have to do it?No, cycle charting is not required to be successful in the program.

What will my protocol include?We will start from the ground up by dialing on your foundation of health and optimizing your nutrition, sleep, exercise, and nervous system regulation for fertility. Using your lab results, we'll then nudge your body back to balance using evidence based supplements, lifestyle modifications, detox support, and targeted nutrition therapy. The goal will always be to curate a plan that is minimal yet direct and fast-acting yet sustainable.

Will I need to pay more for labs?In most scenarios, no. The Dutch Plus, Female Functional Wellness Panel, and GI Map are included in your investment, ie $1037 of your payment will be put towards lab work. By doing it this way, you'll get to take advantage of wholesale lab kit prices, saving over $700.

What will the added costs be?Your supplement protocol(s). The initial protocol is often between $150-200 on average, plus refills as needed.

Is support for my partner included?Yes. Male fertility support includes lab interpretation and the same nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement support you will receive. He is welcome to join us for any of our consultations. An at-home sperm analysis is available as an add-on.

What if I become pregnant during the program?I can't wait to celebrate with you! This happens often. In fact, the program is to designed to support you through conceiving. If you become pregnant before our 6-months are complete, your support will shift to be first trimester specific. There will not be a refund available.

What happens at the end of 6 months?Depending on your progress and current state, there will be customizable continued care options.

Can this be covered by insurance?No, at this time we are strictly an out of pocket practice.
